Elementary Class Engineering Project Complete. Check out the Video!

Our Elementary class "mini engineers" completed their project and buid an awesome looking water collection system. These kids created several designs from scratch, presented their designs to actual engineers and had to go through multiple iterations to get their designs  and construction plan approved! They built miniature models of their designs, budgeted and shopped for materials prior to building the entire system from the ground up under the supervision of knowledgeable adults. An immersive, hands-on learning experience at Dive World Austin!

Our students are currently reading Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea so we took them to Dive World Austin for an immersive experience! Students learned about the history of Scuba Diving, the basics of Scuba Diving and also got to experience what it is like to put on all the cool diving gear and breathe underwater!
